The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 smartphone was launched on August 25, 2022. The phone comes at a price of approximately $1,245. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 is Samsung's most powerful foldable smartphone yet.
This 5G smartphone sports a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x foldable display with HDR10+ support. The screen does not support the S Pen but has a 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung has also cut the edges for the foldable inner screen.
It also has a 6.2 inch 2X Dynamic AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon SM 8475 8+ Gen 1 4nm processor which is paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB to 1TB of internal storage. There is no microSD card slot for external expansion.
The camera setup on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 smartphone includes a 50MP sensor with Dual Pixel AF and OIS. It is paired with a 12MP ultra wide camera and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical. The cover screen houses a 10-megapixel camera lens and a 4-megapixel one under the screen for selfies.
Both cameras are capable of recording 4K videos at 30 frames per second. Galaxy Z Fold 4 is the first Android 12L smartphone out of the box.
Android 12L is a version of the mobile operating system developed by Google for devices with large screens such as the Fold. The device is available in gray, green, black, beige, beige, and burgundy color options.
